Kerupuk udang  adalah kerupuk yang terbuat dari adonan tepung tapioka dan udang yang ditumbuk halus yang diberi bumbu rempah dan penambah rasa. Kerupuk udang berasal dari  Sidoarjo . Biasanya udang yang digunakan adalah udang-udang kecil atau udang rebon yang ditumbuk hingga halus. Adonan mentah ini kemudian dikukus dan setelah matang dan kenyal diiris tipis-tipis, setelah itu dijemur hingga kering. Pengeringan dengan terik matahari biasanya sekitar 2-3 hari. Kerupuk mentah yang kering ini siap digoreng kapan saja agar bisa menjadi kerupuk yang siap dihidangkan.
